Hello, my name is Rachel Cordingley; I am a fully-qualified, ITEC accredited complementary therapist specialising in Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage and Ear Candling.

I studied at the well-regarded York School of Complementary Medicine and Sylvia Brearley School of Therapy in Harrogate and hold Diplomas at Distinction level in both Reflexology and Therapeutic Massage. I am a member of the Complementary Therapy Association (CThA) and adhere to their codes, professional practices and insurance policies and am also a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I have also taken First Aid training.

I decided to train in Reflexology and Therapeutic massage because I had myself searched for therapy when I was working at senior levels in demanding multi-national corporations. I often sought complementary treatments and approaches to maintaining my health and wellbeing as well as to treat specific health related issues that were not successfully addressed through the medical system. Of all the treatments and complementary therapies I tried, I found Reflexology and genuine therapeutic massage gave the most consistent & lasting results.

I added Thermo Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling) when I realised how often clients are troubled by issues that seem to focus around the ears, sinuses and head.

I work on Wednesday, Thursday (school hours) and Friday as one of the practitioners at Pure Treatment Rooms, situated at 11 - 13 Victoria Street in Wetherby, LS22 6RE, close to the back entrance for Marks & Spencer.
